-I met Rosemary and Kapp though the Nextdoor App after reading a post someone wrote

regarding bathroom remodeling. Rosemary had responded to it so I took a chance and

reached out regarding my kitchen. I had a major leak in my sink drain line that caused quite a bit of damage and required water and mold extraction and then complete remodel. Rosemary and Kapp came over in the early stages of the mess and assured me they could do the job and do it well and could probably stay within my budget depending on the choices I made with regard to cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. After all the mold was removed, Rosemary and Kapp returned to measure the cabinets. They handled ordering the cabinets and were here when they were delivered. They were involved every step of the way and helped considerably throughout the process—sending me to granite and quartz shops to pick out counters, tile shops to pick out backsplash. Rosemary helped find the best prices and took charge of ordering everything which was greatly appreciated. As a team, they couldn’t have been more enjoyable to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and always available by text, email, or phone call. As with any major project, there are bound to be a few disappointments and frustrations (with the delivery time, products) Rosemary and Kapp handled everything with grace and expertise. At one point, Rosemary told me not to worry — “everything will come together in the end.” Which it did, beautifully. I would highly recommend KMI for any of your remodeling needs. They took care to make sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They even added a wall outlet where none existed before just because they thought I would like to have one on that wall. They even took the time to say hello to my two dogs, one who was recovering from major spinal surgery. -Allison F.

-THANK YOU!!!  Kapp McMullin and his wife Rosemary of KMI assisted us with a North Port veteran that needed our help. This individual had a significant change in health and in a short time-frame lost his mobility. When I posted in early May that we were looking for someone to assist with the building of a ramp for the home, Kapp immediately contacted us. We knew it would require permits, materials and volunteers just to get it done, but Kapp immediately took the lead and handled every step personally, through to completion. As a result, our veteran now has a ramp that provides them with peace of mind and allows for much easier transport in and out of their home. They were able to find all of the issues in the home from water damage to appliance issues, which allowed them to get funds during closing to cover the repair costs.
