We serve Manatee and Sarasota Counties for all inspection services. North Port is divided. For Hillsborough, Lee and Collier we charge a $95 trip fee on top of home inspection services.

We will construct on the barrier islands off season, and the mainland during season. All "barrier" islands we serve include Casey Key, Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, Longboat Key, Anna Maria, and Holmes Beach. We encourage potential customers to have sealed plans in hand and ready to construct at least 6 months in advance of commencement.

We offer zoom and video consultations to clients and on-site management between buyers and builders, with weekly updates and non-legal mediation between the parties*. Buyer/builder services are limited to Sarasota County only.

Remediation services are limited to Sarasota County properties or properties in which we are doing construction.
